The RAC on call out diagnosed a failure with my ECU. After advice I sent it to Autotronics. From the moment I sent it I was informed through tracking and their own excellent communication, of where it was and what was happening. It turned out that there were no faults with the ECU, and I was refunded a balance of payment. The level of customer service was outstanding, having been communicated with by email, text and phone, and I would highly recommend anyone to check them out.

I understand somethings can't be fixed. But would like more detail on what the problem was and the steps taken to try and resolve. This appears to be a common problem with these triumphs and some seem fixable and others not. It would be good to know, if possible, what the difference is between the two. Thanks

Sent and pump in for repair to loss of abs system , power steering and engine management lights also on although after testing faults couldn't be replicated but unit was rebuilt anyway and promptly returned after fitting and bleeding system all faults have now gone and car driving perfect

Happy with the service but the new keyfob case is a cheap generic and I was expecting a like for like branded keyfob. Is it possible to get the old one back?

Excellant service. VW will not readily give answers about unreliable airbag control modules whereas Autotronics reliably repair the component. Great to have full function back, in particular active cruise control.
